Reena Tiwari: CEO of Aarav Global Group Driving Innovation

When I reflect on my journey from being a partner to leading Aarav Global Group as CEO, I am reminded of one simple truth: Intelligence has no gender. It belongs to those who lead change, build value, and create the future.

Being recognized as CEO of the Year at the 13th World Women Leadership Congress and Awards is a deeply meaningful milestone in my journey as the CEO of Aarav Global Group.

For me, this recognition is not just about a title; it reflects years of learning, resilience, and transformation. It takes me back to when I first started as a partner, driven by a vision to create impact, build value, and redefine leadership in a constantly evolving world.

Women are no longer entering systems; they are redesigning them

I have often observed that women are expected to adapt to existing systems. But I strongly believe that true leadership is not about fitting into predefined roles; it is about breaking those boundaries and creating new possibilities.

In my journey, whether I am working on advancing new technologies, expanding into global markets, or nurturing talent within my teams, I remind myself that leadership at its core is about serving with integrity, vision, and purpose.

Leadership today is not about representation; it’s about impact.

As women, we are often expected to conform to predefined roles, but the reality is leadership is not about fitting into a mold. It’s about breaking it. Leadership is about creating spaces where creativity thrives, where innovation is encouraged, and where every voice has the power to make an impact.

In my years of steering Aarav Global Group, I have learned that leadership is less about authority and more about influence, the kind that fosters growth, inspires confidence, and drives meaningful change. Whether we are advancing new technologies, expanding into global markets, or nurturing talent within our teams, the heart of leadership always remains the same: serving others with integrity and vision.

Why Women Leaders Matter in 2026

As I look at the world in 2026, I see a landscape that demands leadership which is adaptive, inclusive, and forward-thinking.

We are navigating rapid technological shifts, evolving business ecosystems, and changing societal expectations. In such a dynamic environment, I believe leadership must go beyond strategy; it must embrace empathy, agility, and innovation.

I believe true leadership lies in uplifting others while driving meaningful progress. Together, we can build a future where leadership truly reflects the diversity of human potential - where intelligence knows no boundaries, and innovation knows no gender.

My Message to Aspiring Women Leaders

To every woman who aspires to lead in 2026 and beyond, I want to share this:

  • Your voice matters– speak it with clarity.
  • Your vision matters – pursue it with courage.
  • Your leadership matters – lead with authenticity.

I encourage you to not wait for permission to lead and not limit your ambitions to meet expectations. Leadership is defined by your ability to influence, inspire, and create impact.

As per me leadership is not about who gets a seat at the table, it’s about who has the courage to redesign the table entirely.
